Step 2: Navigate to the Boards Section
Once logged in, head over to the "Boards" tab from the dashboard. This section contains all active boards related to various projects or sales pipelines, allowing for better organization and tracking.
Step 3: Manage Lead Details Effectively
Inside the board, find the specific lead or "Enquiry" you want to work on. Click on it to open and review its details. Here’s what you can do:
Receive Automated Notifications – When a new lead is created, an automated notification is sent to the assigned owner for immediate action.
