How to Troubleshoot WhatsApp Inbox Notifications
Step 1: Ensure Browser Permissions are Updated for Notifications

Scroll down and select Site Settings.
Find Fivegrid in the list and ensure notifications are Allowed.
Step 2: Log in to Fivegrid
Open your browser and navigate to the Fivegrid login page.
Enter your credentials to log in to your Fivegrid dashboard.
Step 3: Enable Inbox Notifications in WhatsApp Settings
Select WhatsApp Settings from the dropdown menu.
Locate the Inbox Notifications option.
Click on "Enable Notifications" located above the search bar in the WhatsApp inbox.
Step 4: Set Notification Preferences
Since Fivegrid supports desktop notifications only, customize your preferences accordingly:
Sound Alerts: Enable to receive audible alerts.
Pop-up Notifications: Display notifications on your screen even when you're using other applications.
Note: There are no email or other types of notifications for WhatsApp inbox messages in Fivegrid. Notifications are limited to desktop/browser-based alerts.Step 5: Verify Notification Settings
Send a test message to your connected WhatsApp number.
Confirm that the desktop notification appears as configured.
Troubleshooting Notification Issues
Ensure your browser allows notifications from Fivegrid.
Check if your device settings permit notifications for your browser.
Refresh the Fivegrid dashboard if notifications are delayed.
Clear your browser cache or log out and log back into your account if issues persist.
By following these steps, you'll ensure that WhatsApp inbox notifications are enabled in Fivegrid, keeping you informed of all your important messages.
